No worries! If your vehicle requires it, we would use a flat bed or dollies both of which safely and securely allows for all vehicle wheels to be lifted off the ground prior to tow.

We are open 24 hours a day/7 days a week, including holidays.

When picking up a vehicle from our storage location all you need is a valid driver’s license, full payment and the keys. Unless there is an issue, the registered vehicle owner does not need to be present to retrieve the vehicle.

We accept cash and all major credit cards (excluding American Express). When paying with credit card the card holder must be present with a Government issued ID to sign the credit card receipt. We do not accept checks.

DMV told you that you have 30 days for your emissions inspection, not your safety inspection. The safety inspection is required by VA State law on any vehicle with VA tags and there is no grace period.

We don’t have access to DMV records. We can only go by what is displayed on the vehicle.
